Heavy Items Excluded

Unfortunately individual items weighing over 30 pounds are excluded from our free freight policy. Even so, we can offer excellent freight rates to destinations across Canada.

Order Processing & Shipping:

We process all orders during regular business hours (M-F 9AM - 5 PM EST). Every effort is made to ship your order in a timely manner, however delays do occasionally occur due to re-stocking of items beyond the control of Keep Beautiful. Please note that in some instances, an item may need to be ordered from the manufacturer, which may cause additional delays.

We ship all orders via Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service. A tracking number will be provided to you at the time of shipping. You can track your parcel on Canada Post’s website (www.canadapost.ca)  to find out when you can expect it.

Orders delivered by Canada Post can only be left in what is deemed to be a secure location. If no one is available at the shipping address to accept the parcel, and if a secure drop-off location is not available, then a notice card will be left informing you of the nearest post office location for you to pick up your parcel.

Delivery Address Accuracy:

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete with apartment, suite or unit numbers and buzzer numbers, if necessary to enter your building. If you are shipping to a business address, please include the business name for ease of delivery. We are not responsible for shipments that are delayed, lost, or misdirected due to an inaccurate address being provided.

Keep Beautiful will not be responsible if additional shipping charges are accrued because of incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your parcel is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or is unclaimed or refused, it will be returned or abandoned. It is the responsibility of the customer to incur any and all shipping charges associated with this, including the original shipping and return shipping costs, as well as tax and/or other charges.

Damaged, Lost or Short Shipments

Damaged, lost or short shipments should be reported to us immediately so that we can register a damage claim with Canada Post and. Please do not accept packages that are visibly opened or damaged. All damaged shipments must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Report all damaged shipments to: general@keepbeautiful.ca.

In the case of freight-bound shipments, please make sure to inspect the contents for any damage prior to accepting the order. Report damage directly to the delivery person and clearly mark the bill of lading as "DAMAGED".

Free Shipping Policy Restrictions:

  • Free shipping does not apply to large and/or heavy items (over 30lbs) or any items requiring a freight carrier. Items that have a "HEAVY ITEM" shipping designation will be shipped and billed to you at the most economical rates we have available. You will always be notified of freight charges before your order is processed so that you can approve them.
  • Our Free Shipping offer applies to most locations in Canada, excluding but not limited to: The Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, any island location as well as any other destination requiring ocean or air freight service in any province or territory. This policy also excludes all locations in Canada deemed as "remote" by Canada Post. More than 95% of Canadians do not reside in an area that would be classified as "remote.” If however you're unsure as to whether or not you're in a designated remote location, just email us anytime at general@keepbeautiful.ca or call us at 1-888-483-5136 during regular business hours.
  • In the extremely unlikely event that excessive freight rates are charged or quoted by our couriers for any other reason not stated in this policy, Keep Beautiful reserves the right to exempt that shipment from this policy. In all instances you will be contacted before your order ships to notify you of any extra freight charges not charged at the time of order. At that time you can either approve or cancel your order if you wish.
