Sales Policies


  • All items marked Clearance are final sale. Clearance items will have a yellow banner indicating they are Clearance and can be found in the Clearance category.

Hair Care Products

  • All purchases of hair care products are final sale, including but not limited to: shampoos, conditioners, treatments, home hair colour, styling and finishing products, hair accessories, ties, brushes, combs, etc.

Nail Care Products

  • All purchases of nail polish and nail treatments are final sale, including but not limited to nail files, removers, nail implements, and nail clippers, etc.

Skin Care & Hair Removal

  • All purchases of skin products and hair removal products and accessories are final sale, including but not limited to, skin/hand lotions and treatments, wax and associated products, scissors, clippers, trimmers, clipper/trimmer cutting guides, razors, brushes, etc.

Electrical Appliances

  • All purchases of electrical appliances are final.
  • Keep Beautiful will honour the manufacturer’s specified warranty for most electrical items purchased from our website (please refer to Warranty Exchanges Section for additional warranty information).  All warranties for Wahl Professional and Andis are handled directly with the manufacturer.
  • Any electrical appliance purchased from our website and received with an obvious manufacturer defect should be reported to Keep Beautiful within 5 days of receipt through the “Contact Us” section at the bottom of the home page. Select Customer Service from the dropdown menu and provide your name, order number, and a detailed description of the defect/problem. Keep Beautiful will send a Return to Shipper Label via email to the customer. The customer must then pack the defective item back in its original packaging, then again in another box, and affix the Return to Shipper Label outside and drop it off to your nearest Canada Post office.
  • We strongly recommend that customers read the product’s instruction manual before returning an item to us with a perceived defect. Our customer service team is pleased to assist you, should you have any additional questions about the product you purchased.
  • Please note: If the item is returned and no apparent defect can be found, and the unit is found to be functioning properly by our technical support team, and/or if the product has been altered, disassembled, or repaired in any way, or subject to misuse, abuse, negligence, or accident, it will be re-shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense and no exchange will be honoured.

Packaging Changes

  • From time to time manufacturers may update packaging of products, and the design of the packaging may not be accurately reflected on the website and item may not be exactly as shown.


  • In some instances, available items can be in backorder from the manufacturer. If this is the case, a Keep Beautiful Customer Service Representative will contact you by email to inform you of the additional shipping delay. Please note that orders with a mix of in-stock and backordered items will be held until they ship complete.

Special Orders

  • Some items available for purchase on our website (ie. scissors, furniture, etc) are considered special order as they are not stocked. If one of these items is included in your order, a Keep Beautiful Customer Service Representative will contact you by email to inform you of the estimated shipping timelines.

Product Authenticity Guarantee

  • We are proud to guarantee you the peace of mind that all of the products purchased from are 100% authentic! All our products are brand new and come directly from our manufacturers’ authorized distribution channels.

Promotions and Promotional Codes

  • Promotions and promo codes will not be honoured beyond their stated expiration date and cannot be applied to previous purchases or combined with any other offer.
  • Promotional codes cannot be applied to Moroccanoil products due to their pricing policies.
