Keep Beautiful will honour the manufacturer’s specified warranty for most electrical items purchased from our website. Please look under the “Specifications” tab at the bottom of each individual listing for an item’s specific warranty information.
The following brands’ warranties are handled directly by the manufacturer:
- Andis Canada (1-800-335-4093)
- Wahl/ Wahl Professional (1-866-787-9245)
If applicable, Keep Beautiful will honour warranty replacements for most styling tools with a manufacturer defect within one year of original purchase date (unless otherwise specified on product listing), only if the customer’s purchase history and contact information is on file with Keep Beautiful. No warranty exchanges will be given without proof of purchase. These apply ONLY to an appliance whose defect can be easily detected at the time of return. No refunds will be given, exchange only.
Warranty replacements require the customer to first contact Keep Beautiful via email to determine whether the warranty is valid and/or applicable. Please follow the steps below to initiate a Warranty Replacement request:
- Go to “Contact Us” at the bottom of our home page.
- Fill out required fields including your name, email, and telephone number, then select Warranty Exchange from the dropdown menu.
- In the Comments section, please include all relevant details regarding the defective styling tool: item name and brand, date purchased (if known), and explanation of defect.
- Complete process by clicking “SUBMIT.”
- We will respond to your request within 48 hours during regular business days with a determination of whether your item qualifies, and with next steps on how to initiate the warranty exchange process. In some instances, we may require additional information or images before making a determination of whether or not the item qualifies for warranty exchange.
- Please Note: If your purchase is eligible for a warranty exchange, shipping charges associated with sending the defective item back to Keep Beautiful are the responsibility of the customer. Keep Beautiful will pay for shipping to send the new item to the customer.
